BT is planning another price increase to come into force on December 3, this one however was not announced with the previous hike announcements in August.
It is being reported that BT are removing the the discount to its customers who opt for online billing.
BT stopped this perk for new users back in September 2010, but they are planning on stopping it all together from December. BT won't say how many households this will affect, but it's expected to be in the millions.
A BT spokesman says: "In December, BT is fully withdrawing the paper-free discount, which has not been available to new customers since September 2010.
"BT is contacting all affected customers to let them know about this and to highlight other ways they can save money."
