Creditors are still within their rights to contact you directly. We cannot guarantee that all phone calls and letters will cease. However, our experience has shown us that once the debt management plan (DMP) has gone through its due process that they should stop completely.
Remember, any letters you receive from your creditors should be forwarded to us in the pre-paid envelopes provided so we can take immediate action if required.
