Whatever your particular problem, there is no charge for our help and advice. We promote ongoing training in all aspects of debt solutions amongst our staff, so they are up-to-date on all the latest problems and solutions, if we can't help you we will put you in touch with someone who can; however, if we can help you then there may be a charge for the solution that we suggest. If there is any fee payable it will be fully explained to you before you agree to anything, we don't throw in any nasty surprises at the last minute.
